In addition, through the applicaton of our preferred methodology for business systems, organization re-engineering, we are providing solutions to assist organizations in optimizing their IT infrastructure and turn data into intelligence.

Our Fundamentals

Our basic project fundamentals of accountability, which is applied throughout the software development lifecycle by the certification of software against application specifications, action items, verification, monitoring and measuring various metrics, central project repository, along with using well defined standards has assisted in the deployment of solutions that exceed client epectations. In addition, our communication process aids this fundamental through task understanding acknowledgements and regular status reports.

Our Design

Design Documentation provides a detailed picture of the subject system by conclusive analysis and documentation of all information gathered from client interviews, system and regulatory information, and providing various diagrams and descriptions that effectively communicate and illustrate the features, functions, components and interaction of the operational and support business areas. This is a living document that guides the development effort and becomes a metric for measuring the completed system.

During solution development we use Carnegie Software Engineering Institute CMMI model aligned with PMI PMBOK best practices to ensure project success. Through adherence to our Smart Development process, Integrated delivers systems that are maintainable and satisfy the organizations need. Our goal is quality and performance, which we pursue by tracking requirements through product implementation and ensuring that our software design and development conforms to documented standards. Thorough automated testing and verification measures run concurrently with system development to ensure product quality.
