Integrated Behavior Based Safety Training System

About iBBSTS

Behavior Based Safety focuses on changing the behavior of workers in order to prevent occupational injuries or illness. Our BBS product streamlines the assimilation of collected data by incorporating Scantron components for rapid data acquisition with a dynamic interface to our system, providing data access, in-depth analysis and reporting capabilities.

Web Based

The application is accessible from any computer on the organizational LAN using any of the popular browsers (IE, Safari, Mozilla) or subscribe to our SAS (Software-As-A-Service) cloud service for cost effective, secure access from any location over the Internet.

Instant Data Access

The system is web based and uses SOA web services to integrate Scantron's Cognition ® verified data dynamically into the system, making it accessible to all validated users on the organizations intranet. Our SAS solution has several configurable options for dynamic integration of data acquired on site, providing the same level of data access response.

Drill-Down Reporting

The reporting module applies various levels of filtering, such as; by date (or range), time of day, company, area, category and subcategory, which provides the capability of identify trends for proactive preventive measures.

Manual Data Entry

The Data Entry module allows organizations without a high load of observable data a manual capability. In additon, for organizations using other methods of automation for data acquisition, the data entry module provides continuity if those components should malfunction or fail.

Scantron® Integration

Pre-printed forms can be custom made in notepad form, such as our STEP example, for simplicity and ease of field use. From these forms, templates are made and incorporated into the Scantron® process for quick data acquisition and verification.

Unattended Data Import

Upon completion of the Scantron process, webservices automatically import the output file into the iBBSTS data repository for immediate reporting and trending analysis.

System Maintenance

Our system maintenance module provides the ability to customize key collection control lists to keep pace with changes in an orgainzations locations, contractors, teams or business.
